Just like hypnosis you won’t be consciously aware of the commands going in, but the subconscious mind is capable of picking them up.
How Does it Work?

I have used subliminal downloads for more than 6 years now – pretty much at the start of my personal development journey. They have always been with me – supporting me from one project to the next – helping me to gain confidence, stay motivated, solidify my willpower. They have helped me on diets and to lose weight, they have even helped me gain more confidence with women..
