Here is a Breakdown of the individual lessons and what you will learn in each part:
- Lesson 1: An introduction, “what is hypnosis”, and instructions on how to induce a simple trance to create relaxation + an Audio Lesson which covers “nominalizations” and the “use of voice”.
- Lesson 2: Goes further into language patterns and gives details on some key uses, as well as covering how to take hypnosis further and “How to get Good at Hypnosis”. This lesson also includes a free hypnosis script with accompanying audio.
- Lesson 3: Introduces hypnotic inductions, specifically focusing and giving you a full script for the “staircase induction”, as well as coving the difference between and importance of hypnotic versus non-hypnotic language patterns. The audio session gives an example of the staircase induction.
- Lesson 4: This lesson gets a little more in-depth and advanced and covers structure and the “freeflow induction”. The audio session talks more about freeflow inductions and gives an example.
- Lesson 5: Covers some fundamental hypnotic techniques such as rehearsal, anchoring, and pattern interruption, and how to use these techniques to achieve your goals (using the example of improving confidence).
